This website does not collect payment information. Any payment processing for services is handled separately and governed by the terms of your client agreement. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels. The only data stored in your browser is a theme preference (dark or light mode), which stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
How we use your information
We use your booking information to schedule and confirm your strategy call, contact you before or after the call by phone or email, and understand your business so the conversation is useful. We may follow up after your call by email or phone. You can ask us to stop at any time by contacting us at the address below.
We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose beyond what is described here.
How we store your information
Booking information is stored securely with a US-based cloud database provider on servers located in the United States. We retain your information for up to two years from the date of your booking, after which it is deleted. If you would like your information deleted sooner, see the "Your rights" section below.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Third-party services
Your booking form data is processed and stored by a third-party cloud database provider operating under a data processing agreement with us. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Deletion requests will be completed within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain the information.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to have it deleted, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information.
